The replacement pods for the MiPod pro I ordered have all been very poor quality. Seems like they were old stock; probably the first gen stock of that product that had a lot of problems and were corrected by the company.

Terrible service. Will not order from ever again. They shipped with a service that has taken well over 5 weeks to arrive. The prices were not reasonable but the shipping fees for such a slow service is not good. Last time I will order from them again.

Always have a huge selection of juices to choose from at great prices. Despite all the additional charges/taxes tacked on to your total which is against Element Vapes control, they manage to ship packages promptly with incredibly fast delivery.

Delivery used to be great. but now with the new guidelines it's taking forever to get an order. april 1 placed order. as of today nothing . Tracking has it in Georgia--- and is also poor . Why does the shipment have to go clear across the states ? 1 truck delivering across the nation, what's going on? this has nothing to do with Covid.

Shipping took quite some time and my new smok thallo leaks vape juice and the battery does drain pretty quickly.

I was completely satisfied except shipping costs are steep!
